When I moved into a new flat in November, I got some new flatmates - 5 to be exact. (yeah it's a big house)
“Cool you make jewelry, anything for the males? Can you make something for me and I will advertise for you J” said my Turkish flatmate. So I promised him a necklace since last December. I did not do it with ‘advertisement’ in mind but I simply enjoy making things for people.
Now anytime time I am making something for someone it’s always a priority for me to know his/her likes/dislikes before proceeding. So Nihat likes black and likes skull heads.
Doing some casual shopping, we stumbled upon these cool multi-strand elastic bracelets in the Zara Men store for only 5Euro.

It was perfect to destroy and convert into this asymmetrical necklace. Finally I found the time and mood to do it for him after his continuous inquiries. And of course he loves it!
